We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage stock replenishment and order placement across the customer's network, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align commercial and supply teams, driving demand, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular business planning and collaboration meetings to inform stakeholders about service levels, inventory, and efficiency strategies.
- Drive planning and execution of new products, promotional activities, and discontinued items, maintaining service and inventory levels.
You will be a self-motivated and experienced planner with a proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will enjoy working towards results, building strong relationships, and handling ambiguity and shifting priorities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- High level of professionalism and persuasive influencing skills.
- Excellent IT skills with ability to learn new systems.
