Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Central Coast and Newcastle. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing reactive support to our commercial clients.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading facilities management company, BGIS, and be part of an established team working across multiple client sites. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in commercial maintenance, civil plumbing works, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing equipment
  • Pursue civil plumbing works including watermain replacement, excavation, and sewer renewals
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Cert 3 - Plumbing qualification
  • Strong commercial maintenance experience
  • TMV Ticket (desirable)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (desirable)
  • Exposure to civil plumbing works
  • White Card
  • Driving Licence
