
Dynamic Administrator Role

This is a dynamic role that involves rostering, payroll management, and employee leave planning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Airport Manager to provide administrative support and operational assistance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Rostering and payroll management using HumanForce Workforce Management software
- Managing staff schedules, leave planner, and other HR-related tasks
- Providing administrative support to the Airport Manager, including telephone calls and email management
- Maintaining systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities
- Handling and storing sensitive information appropriately
- Preparing and maintaining client airline billing records
- General ad-hoc duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Task-driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritize, and multi-task
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Well-presented with a professional and friendly mannerism
Candidate requirements include:
- Previous rostering and payroll experience required
- Confidence and skill in handling employee and management enquiries
- Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting regional aviation
