Highly Skilled Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services, ensuring residents and guests receive 5-star treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Building Manager to address By Laws, resident car park, reporting, and key auditing matters.
- Maintain accurate records, including database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries.
- Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Conduct internal and external patrols, monitoring building surroundings and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Prepare incident reports, documenting events and contributing to the improvement of our services.
- Ensure entry and lifts remain tidy and presentable, reflecting positively on our organization.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to write and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email software.
