We're seeking an exceptional Change Lead - Program Office to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our energy sector.

As a Change Lead - Program Office, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and embedding strategic and operational change management frameworks and tools to drive business transformation across a program of work.

Collaborating closely with senior managers and executives, you'll take input and direction while making recommendations on the full lifecycle of change management.

You'll support leaders by providing structured change management strategies for implementation, delivering key documents and facilitating workshops and meetings to ensure effective change management can be embedded into our culture.

Based in our office, you will report to the Business Improvement Manager within our Major Projects Office, where you'll contribute to a dynamic culture of innovation and improvement.

This team has established a collaborative environment, where each member's expertise is valued and further enhanced by a focus on achieving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as business, education, human resources or project management, along with significant experience in driving business transformation and enabling change.

Proven success in developing and implementing strategic and operational change management strategies, including identification of need, mentoring project sponsors and champions of change, stakeholder assessment, communication strategies, training needs analysis and evaluation of change outcomes, is essential.

Able to liaise, negotiate and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and Executive team, the successful candidate will also have the ability to establish and foster relationships with stakeholders, influencing others in a matrix organisation structure.
