- Maintain Cleanliness and Security: Maintain the cleanliness and security of terminals, adhering to RWWA procedures and protocols.
- Report Equipment Failures: Promptly report equipment failures to relevant parties, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Assist in Agent Assessment: Assist in the assessment of potential agents, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Attend Head Office Meetings: Attend meetings at Head Office as required, staying informed about company developments and initiatives.
- Report on Cash Deficiencies: Accurately report on cash deficiencies or surpluses to the Manager Retail Development, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering high-level customer service in a front-counter environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Cash Handling Skills: Strong cash handling skills, with the ability to accurately manage cash transactions.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- RWWA Knowledge: Knowledge of RWWA and TAB products and services, with the ability to provide accurate information to customers.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
