Key Responsibilities- Provide intensive, long-term case management support to families, including targeted psychoeducational group work.
- Offer short-term information, referral, coordination, and assistance to families and carers.
- Engage in community outreach, mental health promotion, education, and community development activities.
- Diploma of Community Services or a related field (minimum qualification).
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or a related field (desirable).
- Professional experience in the mental health field, with a focus on working with children, young people, and families.
- Strong assessment, case management, and support skills, with experience in working across culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
