Job Summary
We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team in Townsville. This is a permanent full-time position that involves working 12-hour shifts, both day and night, and includes responsibilities such as operating the control room, providing security and crowd control, conducting premises patrols, and responding to customer inquiries and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the control room and provide security and crowd control services
- Conduct premises patrols and enforce local council laws
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and emergencies
- Produce quality reports on activities and incidents
Requirements
- QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control functions)
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Driver's Licence
- COVID vaccinations (1st and 2nd dose required)
- Willingness to obtain Hepatitis A & B immunisations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
