Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our team at the Crown Melbourne site, ensuring that client and contract needs are met at all times, and providing leadership and management to all MSS Security employees on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder and client relations to deliver exceptional service and meet contract requirements.
- Respond to client enquiries and attend client meetings to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
- Collect, collate, and interpret data to compile reports for management, providing insights to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and manage a medium-sized team of security staff, focusing on the safety of staff, visitors, property, and assets.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence.
- First Aid certification and WWVP card.
- Current AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher (or willing to obtain).
- Experience supervising or managing small to medium teams.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
