Security Operations Manager

About the Role
MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Security Operations Manager to lead our team at the Crown Melbourne site. As a Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder and client relations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Respond to client enquiries and attend client meetings to maintain strong relationships.
- Collect, collate, and interpret data to compile reports for management.
- Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence.
- First Aid certificate and WWVP card.
- Current AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher.
- Experience supervising or managing small to medium teams.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
