About the Role

ARB Australia is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract position available to start immediately. The successful candidate will support operations and have a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the finance and accounting operations for ARB Middle East and ARB Head Office Manufacturing.
  • Maintain foreign currency bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register for ARB Middle East.
  • Group fleet reporting.
  • Preparation and submission of ARB Middle East payroll.
  • Maintain details of ARB rebate programs.
  • Completion and review of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations including timely clearance of reconciling items.
  • Assist in the timely preparation of monthly board packs.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the wider Finance department as required.
  • Responsibility for Intercompany remittances for monthly balance transfers.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
