Education Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team, responsible for providing support for educational technology incidents and service requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Responsibility for undertaking tasks that contribute to providing support for educational technology incidents and service requests;
  • Supervising the work of individuals and teams, allocating routine tasks, and providing direction and guidance as necessary;
