Job Title: Community Physiotherapist

This role involves providing physiotherapy services to elderly clients in the North Metropolitan area of Perth. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and provides opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies to meet each client's unique needs
  • Design both individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged to optimize their function and independence
  • Through equipment assessment and prescription, identify and provide solutions that support client autonomy and well-being
  • Foster collaboration and successful outcomes by communicating effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Ensure seamless care coordination and accurate progress tracking through meticulous record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Current FULL registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (essential)
  • Ability to relate to elderly clients with empathy whilst working effectively with other health professionals and service providers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality care
