Nurse for Elderly Client Home Care

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to elderly clients in their homes, empowering them to live healthier, more independent lives.
You will be supported by a team that values your expertise and nurtures your professional growth. Your role will involve providing expert care, including medication management, wound care, and diabetes management, conducting regular assessments, and guiding and mentoring Enrolled Nurses.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care to elderly clients in their homes
- Manage medications, wounds, and diabetes according to client needs
- Conduct regular assessments and create care plans
- Guide and mentor Enrolled Nurses
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
We're seeking a dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years of community nursing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
- First Aid & CPR certification
