Dining Establishment Manager

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure all guests receive outstanding service.
- Culinary Knowledge Development: Develop deep knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and drink offerings.
- Team Leadership & Training: Hire, train, motivate, and conduct regular team meetings and on-the-floor coaching for front-of-house staff and bartenders.
- Bartending & Upselling Support: Assist the bar team during busy periods and lead by example in upselling drinks, desserts, and specials.
- Facility Maintenance & Presentation: Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the restaurant, ensuring all staff adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Operational Excellence: Be highly present and involved during service, manage rosters, stock, and supplier orders, and monitor financial performance to identify efficiency and profitability improvements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and have a passion for Mexican cuisine and culture.
