Paralegal Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated paralegal to join our team in the Competition Division. As a paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting with compliance activities and enforcement investigations across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a range of compliance activities and enforcement investigations
  • Undertake document review and analysis using technology assisted review processes
  • Identify vital information relevant to the investigation
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of compliance activities and projects
  • Undertake research and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide administrative support and assist with coordination of more complex matters and projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with technology assisted document review processes or ability to quickly learn
  • Exposure to legal technology or litigation review platforms such as Nuix (Ringtail) or Relativity (or similar)
  • Competence in use of technology, databases and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong critical thinking skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams
