Strikeforce is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Brand Activators to become part of our dedicated Mars Wrigley team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, engaging with key retail locations. This role involves ensuring high-quality merchandising, accurately executing tasks, and fostering robust relationships within stores to effectively manage and promote the Mars Wrigley brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Product Management (Stock levels/Position/Ticketing) to meet and surpass client expectations.
  2. Implement Planograms/Relays with precision and adherence to compliance standards.
  3. Carry out tasks, construct displays, set up Point-of-sale materials, and manage stock effectively.
  4. Negotiate opportunities for off-location promotions.
  5. Establish and maintain strong connections with store staff.
  6. Communicate forthcoming promotional initiatives.
  7. Provide accurate reporting through Smart Devices.
  8. Demonstrate strong Time Management Skills to perform under pressure.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Must be over 18 years old and possess full Australian working rights.
  2. Reside in the specified area or surrounding suburbs.
  3. Hold a valid State Driver's License and have access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
  4. Be physically capable of bending, lifting, and carrying stock (up to 16 kgs).
