About the Role
The Brain Injury Association of Tasmania (BIAT) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager and Supervisor to lead the JustACE Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the program, including the supervision of Case Facilitators.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Develop and implement program strategies to achieve strategic goals and meet the needs of participants.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and legal services.
- Manage and coordinate the intake process for program referrals and enquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all potential participants and stakeholders.
- Staff Supervision, Development, and Support
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Justice program staff, including regular performance reviews and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
- Operational Management
- Manage the program budget, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement
- Lead the continuous improvement of the program through regular evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, criminology).
- Demonstrated experience in program management within the human services or criminal justice sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Full and valid driver's license with the ability to travel as required.
