Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team at Programmed Property Services. As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful and safe delivery of painting operations, managing administrative tasks, people, and scheduling to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate painting operations to ensure timely and safe completion
- Oversee the allocation of equipment and resources to operational staff
- Ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular audits of equipment to ensure it is serviced regularly and safe for operation
- Manage customer expectations through frequent, accurate, and timely updates
- Act and communicate with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring all promises made can be and are delivered meeting client expectations
- Ensure the delivery of operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction and provide opportunities to promote Programmed Property Services and generate additional work
- Trades qualification
- Additional development/qualification in project management
- Proven track record in the building industry as a painter, supervisor, project manager, or related industry experience in a similar role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate proficiency with mobile technology such as iPads or tablet computers
