Closure and Environmental Liabilities Expert

We are seeking a Closure and Environmental Liabilities Specialist to provide technical advice on closure strategies, cost estimating, and implementation across mining, oil and gas, and energy sectors.

  • Assess the reasonableness of closure plans and cost estimates for clients' reported closure and environmental provisions.

This role is based in Melbourne and offers flexibility with reduced hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients to manage their asset closure strategies and costs.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strong working relationships with business decision-makers both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate has experience in cost estimating/modelling for large resources assets and knowledge of common asset closure techniques.

A tertiary degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Finance is required.
