Senior Systems Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performance team. As the technical point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure-based projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.

Your primary focus will be to work closely with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation. This includes providing pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as the technical lead for implementation services and solutions. You will be expected to design, implement, and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization technologies.

To succeed in this position, you must have experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments. Your skills should include excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT infrastructure-based projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Design, implementation, and optimization of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with backup and recovery, hyperconverged technologies, and datacenter virtualization.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
