Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Corporate Development Officer in business development opportunities, including acquisitions, expansion, and development.
  • Drive policy and compliance, ensuring governance, internal and external compliance to ASIC.
  • Execute strategic plans to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and design service models that ensure sustainable outcomes with outstanding customer service and safety.
  • Support the company secretary with governance responsibilities and stay current with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Superb formal writing skills to update policies, procedures, and complete forms for compliance.
  • Ability to run the corporate finance model and due diligence for M&A transactions.
  • Excellent business acumen, gained in highly commercial environments, and a desire to apply it in a not-for-profit setting.
