About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior property professional to take on a leadership position and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and expand the rent roll, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.

You will oversee all elements of the portfolio and rent roll, conduct property inspections, and manage maintenance and repairs. Additionally, you will prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and accounts, as well as handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and expand the rent roll
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Oversee all elements of the portfolio and rent roll
  • Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and accounts
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution
Requirements
  • Property Management Registration
  • Vehicle and unrestricted WA drivers licence
  • Prior experience in business development
  • Initiative, drive, and passion for the industry
