Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a background in client-side or head contractor construction to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, from initial brief development and design phases through to successful construction execution.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage relationships with builders and coordinate the design team effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved to maintain project momentum.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in construction, with at least 3 years of relevant experience on the Eastern Seaboard.
  • Experience as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to the complete project lifecycle, from design to delivery.
