We are currently seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas. You will work closely with our Head Chef and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in hospitality and aged care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 Months Kitchen Experience - preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Cleaning Experience - desirable.
  • Strong Passion for Food - essential for delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
  • Ability to Problem-Solve - working with limited supervision and thinking on your feet.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Hard Working, Flexible - availability to cover shifts.
