Account Representative

We are seeking an experienced representative to join our established business selling point-of-sale solutions to the pub, restaurant, and bottle shop sectors within South Australia.

This full-time role involves managing existing customers and discovering new opportunities across South Australia. You will be responsible for:

  • Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure service levels are consistently met and customers receive maximum benefit from our solutions.
  • Providing product demonstrations, quotes, and negotiating sales to close.
  • Identifying and working with prospects who are potential users of our products.
  • Assisting with training and troubleshooting as needed.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Highly motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • A 'roll up the sleeves' attitude towards problem-solving.
