We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Perth Radiological Clinic in Bunbury.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and checking in patients, managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries, booking appointments and assisting with workflow coordination, handling billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and data entry.

You will also be required to maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, professional reception space, and support the team with general clerical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking in patients
  • Managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Booking appointments and assisting with workflow coordination
  • Handling billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and data entry
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and a clean, professional reception space
  • Supporting the team with general clerical tasks as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous admin, reception, or customer service experience, familiarity with COMRAD, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a brand-new team. You should also have strong attention to detail and time management skills, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
