Enterprise Risk and Insurance Coordinator

This is a key leadership position that involves coordinating and managing an organization's enterprise risk management, internal audit, and insurance portfolios. It requires effective planning, procurement, and facilitation of internal audits, as well as the coordination and support of an Audit, Risk, and Improvement Committee.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or finance, and/or significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Insurance. They will also possess strong communication and organisational skills, as well as demonstrated advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software and database use.
- Develop and implement processes for the identification, mitigation, and appropriate management of risks.
- Manage the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Business Continuity Plans in collaboration with various business units.
- Coordinate and manage the organisation's insurance portfolio, including claims, policy renewals, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective management and mitigation of risk.
A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. They will be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance).
- Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Insurance.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software and database use.
