The Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of townhouse construction, from site setup through to handover.
  • Manage a high-performing team of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • E nsure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain build quality that reflects the QA Build standard.
  • Manage timelines with precision in a constrained and busy site environment.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in townhouse or medium-density residential construction.
  • Deep understanding of site logistics in tight urban spaces.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality homes, on time and within budget.
  • Excellent working knowledge of OH&S legislation and practices.
  • Trade qualification (carpentry preferred) and QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
  • Proficient with construction software (Onsite Companion experience advantageous).
  • Ability to foresee and resolve issues before they impact program.
