Job Title: Principal Strategic Asset Management & Risk AdvisorRole Overview

We are looking for a Principal level Strategic Asset Management & Risk Advisor to join our Digital Advisory team. In this role, you will work in a variety of engagements, business development, client management, project work packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver the described scope.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent staff position reporting to the Global Practice Lead for Risk Advisory & Strategic Asset Management and Local Regional Manager. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to advise clients on strategic asset management, risk, and operations and maintenance processes, activities, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting services during the planning, design, building, operation and optimisation of assets, facilities, and infrastructure;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions;
  • Develop and maintain client relationships based on technical credibility and project delivery record;
  • Undertake business development activities to acquire new work;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and delegation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An Engineering degree from a recognised university or college in a relevant discipline;
  • +20 years engineering and consulting experience in asset intensive industries;
  • Proven track record of technical delivery, client management and business development;
  • Strongly desirable extensive knowledge in Strategic Asset Management, ISO 55000 and other relevant standards and as a minimum be certified as Senior Practitioner in Asset Management or equivalent;
  • Practical experience in Modelling, RCM, FRACAS, LCC, FMECA, LoRA and other asset related techniques;
  • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and typical reliability engineering and assets performance criteria;
  • Ability to influence and inspire confidence around technical solutions and demonstrate innovative solutions and thought processes;
  • Ability to advise on Technology Based solutions including application of AI and LLM in Asset Management.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a generous superannuation scheme.
