Care Delivery Lead

Montefiore, a 135-year-old non-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Deputy Care Manager in their Residential Care team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of quality care services and ensure regulatory compliance.
The Deputy Care Manager will be responsible for advising on clinical issues, driving clinical governance, overseeing assessment, planning and delivery of care to consumers, promoting best practice, assisting with admissions, medication management, documentation, managing staff and rostering. This role requires a high level of autonomy and collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist, Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and leading a team to achieve excellence. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
