Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analytics Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital analytics to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering digital data collection, driving data-driven insights across multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital data collection solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain data layers, tags, and tracking scripts for web and mobile applications
  • Configure and manage digital analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with marketing and media agencies to enable marketing use cases and optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct regular audits and data validation exercises to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making and optimize digital platform performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and data layer implementation
  • Experience with website conversion optimization and campaign management via A/B testing tools
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional agile delivery teams
  • Effective communication skills to explain insights clearly and build strong relationships
