Data Analytics Expert

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our Business Development team in their analytics transformation journey.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create analytical models driving operational strategy
  • Collaborate on multiple datasets across marketing, promotions, and digital ecommerce platforms
  • Plan, design, implement, and test data analytics to establish standard processes for maintenance and sustainability
  • Communicate results and support process change management and cultural development
  • Upskill stakeholders and juniors through regular meetings and ad-hoc advice

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in analytics using Machine Learning
  • Experience in FMCG/Retail, fashion, or pure player environment; consulting experience highly valued
  • Natural collaborator with strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills translating business strategy into analytical tasks and back to tangible business results
  • Excel proficiency essential; SQL, R, Python valuable; PowerBI, Google Analytics, and BigQuery preferred
