About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce administrator to join our Brisbane team in the position of CRM Administrator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation, development, and ongoing maintenance of our internal Salesforce CRM system.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user access, setup sharing settings, roles, profiles, and groups.
  • Perform administration tasks, including configuration, custom object creation, and record type modification.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet user requirements.
  • Assist with data migration from external sources.
  • Develop a strategy to promote Salesforce adoption across the business and encourage best practice.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases to determine functionality requirements and impact.
  • Review the instance and make recommendations for improving business processes.
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support to users.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Validated knowledge of the Salesforce system (Sales Cloud as a minimum) and hands-on experience as a system administrator.
  • Proven capability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into project scope.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving support tickets.
  • Meticulous about deadlines and able to coordinate others toward goal accomplishment.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake project management responsibilities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
  • Understanding of conventional contract and business terminology.
