The Role
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to our guests.
  • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently.
  • Utilize our booking system to manage reservations and accounts accurately.
  • Maintain open communication with the Housekeeping team regarding accommodation readiness.
  • Supply guests with information on our property and local areas of interest.
  • Perform daily office administration tasks.
  • Foster strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A current driver's license is essential.
