Palliative Care Registered Nurse Role

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant legislation and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent clinical experience relevant to palliative care, with a demonstrated understanding of pain and symptom management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to practice according to Registered Nurse standards, ethics, and professional conduct.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • A strong commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local health district.
