">Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with advanced life-limiting illnesses, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting optimal outcomes for patients and their loved ones.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant legislation and organizational policies.
- A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent clinical experience relevant to palliative care, with a demonstrated understanding of pain and symptom management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to practice according to Registered Nurse standards, ethics, and professional conduct.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- A strong commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local health district.
