- Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.">
- Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.">
- Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable.">
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.">
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.">
- Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.">
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.">
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.">
- Current Driver's License - essential.">
