Clinical Operations Coordinator Role

We support multinational Alzheimer's trials and develop tools to bring cognitive testing into routine care. This means our work is meaningful, collaborative, and constantly evolving.

To achieve this vision, we're seeking a Mandarin speaking Clinical Operations Coordinator accountable for supporting the operational delivery of various contracted services in a Clinical Trial. These services include Rater Training and Monitoring activities, Clinician Network Management, Data Management, and Scale Management.

The daily workload for these functional areas will vary throughout the Clinical Trial life cycle. The Clinical Operations Coordinator will be cross-trained to support multiple functional areas, assisting study teams according to their changing bandwidth needs.

This role requires extensive written interactions with clinicians/raters/CRA's in both English and Mandarin, documentation and reporting on service delivery progress, and customer service support over phone and email in both languages.

We're looking for candidates eager to learn multiple facets of Clinical Trials delivery and comfortable working in dynamic environments where their responsibilities evolve over time.

  • Collaborate with study teams across functional areas to ease bandwidth strain.
  • Process clinician/rater forms and document data via status trackers and ePortal/LMS training systems.
  • Review and process submitted clinician/rater surveys and deploy applicable LMS training modules.
  • Schedule 1:1 training video conferences between site raters and Cogstate Rater Services staff.
  • Coordinate hardware shipments and document management.
  • Document real-time updates to applicable status trackers and coordinate high-volume email correspondence.
  • Communicate status updates to clinicians/raters and file electronic records.
  • Act as the point of contact for clinician/rater support questions.
  • Directly communicate with site coordinators at clinical settings and track activity and communication.
  • Interact with CRAs for site monitoring activities.
  • Provide customer service and translations from English to Mandarin and vice versa when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
  • Previous project management or administrative support experience preferable.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A professional level of fluency in Mandarin & English.
