We're seeking support workers to deliver NDIS services in Northern Adelaide and surrounding regions. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping participants gain independence and confidence in all aspects of their life.

The role involves engaging participants in the community, supporting them with individualised plans and goals, and building connections within the community. You'll assist participants to attend events, identify job interests, and explore work through supported voluntary work placements and learning to use public transport.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience working with people with a disability, either professionally or through personal experience.
  • A sound understanding of disability and its effects on social relationships, independent living, daily needs, physical health, and vocational and employment needs.
  • Supporting participants with capacity building.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and utilise resources effectively and function as a team member.

Please note: A current driver's license and own transport are required.
