Job Description

The Working Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring standards are met through:

  • Conducting routine inspections across all areas to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coaching staff and providing timely feedback to enhance their performance and knowledge.
  • Managing corrective actions and tracking closure through our digital platform to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaising directly with clients to remain responsive to changing needs and expectations.
  • Leading the evening cleaning team of approximately 8-9 people to ensure efficient and effective operations.

The supervisory role is expected to take up approximately 50% of your time, with the remaining 50% allocated to various cleaning scopes on the evening shift.

Continuous Improvement

Our quality monitoring process drives improvement by reviewing inspection results, sharing insights with clients, and closing the loop between audit findings and on-the-ground performance.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility with working hours to accommodate client needs.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
  • A current Police Check (within 12 months) and working rights in Australia are mandatory requirements.
