Join Our Team as a Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Heng & Hurst. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medical device sales and clinical support activities in the Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and clinical support strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, surgeons, and healthcare staff
  • Provide clinical demonstrations and case support to enhance surgical outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to coordinate and deliver clinical support and training for microsurgical robotic systems
  • Manage cases and provide post-procedure feedback to surgeons
  • Document insights and identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to sales strategies and provide market intelligence
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in medical device sales or clinical experience wanting to move into medical device sales
  • Experience working in the theatre environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Passion for learning with a growth mindset
