Critical Environment Program Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Critical Environment Program Manager to deliver critical infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to support over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong working relationships with clients.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a datacenter.
- Plan, control, and organize preventative and corrective electrical and/or mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the datacenter operates at peak efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for all facilities-related issues within the datacenter.
- Manage small-to-medium projects from inception to completion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ year(s) industry experience.
- OR 2+ years industry experience and college course work.
- 2+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling).
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
