About This Role

We're seeking a collaborative and driven print and graphic designer.

You'll create commercial, customer-focused graphics for product ranges that reflect a strong brand identity to drive sales.

Trend Forecasting Key Highlights
  • Identify and implement global market trends to add value through graphic design and sales.
  • Visually articulate and communicate the graphic direction for the season.
  • Presentation skills are essential to effectively communicate forecasts to a target audience with evidence to support it.
Main Responsibilities
  • Create commercial, customer-focused artwork across ranges that best reflect the brand's unique style and taste level.
  • Brief overseas graphic designers for commercial outcomes.
Product Development Opportunities
  • Design desirable graphics for products that stand out in the external market.
  • Understanding product materials and construction is crucial.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer apparel in a print or graphic design role within apparel design.
  • Graphic Design, Surface Pattern, Illustration design degree or similar.
  • Menswear, womenswear, or children's wear experience is an advantage.

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Ability to forecast and implement commercial and broad appeal trends.
  • Confident communication and collaboration with stakeholders in merchandise and design.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
