We are seeking an experienced leader to head our strata team in Cairns and Port Douglas.

This key role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our strata team, leveraging shared expertise to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team aligned with our values, ensuring exceptional service delivery and making a real impact daily.
  • Drive growth and manage expenses, utilizing your expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with clients and colleagues to address complex building portfolio challenges and improve services.
  • Foster a supportive environment, coach staff, and promote professional growth and satisfaction.
  • Attract top talent, motivate your team, and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience, preferably in professional services such as real estate, financial services, legal, or insurance.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a strata managing agent.
  • A diploma or degree in management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and HR procedures is required.
  • Proficiency in financial reports and budgets is necessary.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and the ability to use multiple systems effectively is expected.
  • A customer-focused attitude and proven ability to lead change are also required.
