Strategic Operations Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team aligned with our values, ensuring seamless operations and making a tangible impact daily.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, manage expenses, and optimize services, while maintaining industry-leading results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to address complex building portfolio challenges and improve services.
  • Foster a supportive environment, coach staff, and promote professional growth and satisfaction.
  • Attract top talent, motivate your team, and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in professional services such as real estate, financial services, legal, or insurance.
  • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience as a strata managing agent.
  • Diploma or degree in management or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and HR procedures.
  • Understanding of client and strata manager roles and their interface with owners.
  • Proficiency in financial reports and budgets.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and capable of using multiple systems effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Proven ability to lead change.
