Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue strategic M&A opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives

  • Lead on preparation of financial models for BESS, Wind and Solar projects

  • Work closely with the SLT on the project sales strategy

  • Support the development team in identifying commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle, from origination through to sale

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory developments to inform project strategy and decision-making

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors and financial institutions

Your Profile:

  • Experience within a commercial role within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar, battery storage, and/or wind projects, ideally with 7+ years experience

  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and structuring complex project finance deals

  • Strong understanding of offtake agreements, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other commercial contracts relevant to renewable energy projects

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, financial risks, and opportunities

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector.
