Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Technical Officer. This position offers a unique chance to gain experience in repairing, installing, testing, and commissioning various electronics and mechanical equipment on naval vessels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing fault analysis of commercial and military electronics/mechanical weapons equipment and systems. They will also assist in the installation of all types of naval equipment in shore and shipborne environments, as well as repair combat systems, including radars, navigation, fire control, and communication systems.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong background in electronics/electrical or technical aptitude. Great communication skills are essential, as they will be working with diverse teams.

About the Position
  • Perform fault analysis of electronic/mechanical equipment and systems

Requirements

Candidates should possess demonstrated electronics/electrical and/or technical aptitude, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people. A Certificate III Electrotechnology or related qualification would be advantageous.
