About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Calvary Aged Care in Wendouree VIC.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Home Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of customer care. As the first point of contact for clients, residents, and staff, you will be responsible for providing courteous reception and administrative support.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will facilitate communication with residents, their representatives, and other stakeholders regarding office administration requirements. You will also be responsible for reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors/contractors, and managing appointments.

You will assist with walk-in inquiries and record them appropriately. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clear and timely administrative activities to support customer care
  • Facilitate communication with residents, their representatives, and other stakeholders regarding office administration requirements
  • Reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors/contractors, and managing appointments
  • Assist with walk-in inquiries and record them appropriately
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and a genuine interest in the elderly
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in contemporary IT applications and platforms (MS Office, Teams, etc.), with a willingness to learn new ones
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work independently and as part of a team

Desirable qualities include previous experience in aged /health care, rostering and payroll experience using Kronos, and qualifications in Administration.
