Our organization collaborates with Australian industry in the Aeronautics, Maritime, Surveillance and Defence domains. As a member of our core team, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and sustainment activities for the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter.

This modern-day helicopter is a leading multi-role battlefield and special operations aircraft with exceptional capability and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and certification within the scope of your MAML authorisation
  • Platform specific safety familiarisation course
  • Competence assessment on the task being authorised
  • System or component specific courses for component level maintenance
  • Demonstrated understanding of WH&S requirements and Human Factors in Maintenance

Key attributes and responsibilities:

As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for ensuring aircraft are airworthy in accordance with prescribed aviation standards. You will work closely with maintenance managers to execute maintenance and aviation related duties, providing holistic tactical level task co-ordination, personnel management, and supervision for a group of maintenance tasks or GAT and/or personnel.
