Job Title: HR Partner

The role of the Human Resource Advisor is a key position within an organisation. As the primary point of contact for all things HR, you will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policy guidance, and strategic change initiatives in Western Australia.

About The Role

This is a hands-on position requiring a confident operator who thrives on variety and problem-solving. You will independently manage the WA region and collaborate with the national HR team to deliver practical solutions and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, contracts, inductions, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Partner with external providers and immigration agents on overseas recruitment and VISA processing.
  • Provide advice and support on Employee & Industrial Relations matters, including Award interpretation, EBAs, and union liaison.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and boost engagement.
  • OCCASIONALLY TRAVEL TO OTHER AUSTRALIAN SITES AS REQUIRED.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar regional role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
